THINGS TO DO
La Casetta is the ideal starting point for exploring the area. Just minutes away are the Banditaccia Necropolis of Cerveteri (one of the most important Etruscan sites in the world, a UNESCO World Heritage Site), the medieval castle of Santa Severa with its museum and exhibitions, the Bosco di Palo nature reserve for nature walks and birdwatching, and the Torre Flavia nature reserve, perfect for nature lovers and photography.
Furthermore, thanks to the train station, the center of Rome can be easily reached in less than 30 minutes.
Ladispoli is also one of the main seaside destinations in the province of Rome, renowned for its beaches and excellent public transportation links to the capital. Here you can also enjoy traditional Roman cuisine and fresh seafood specialties, rooted in the maritime tradition of the Lazio coast.
